| 摘 要： | 在人口、资源、环境三大全球性问题中，水资源短缺最为突出和迫切，中国亦如此；水污染导致的水质型缺水则是水资源匮乏的重要原因；分析了江苏省污水处理的现状和存在问题，指出21世纪江苏省污水处理的条件和机遇；提出了强化污水处理的综合对策。

| Abstract: | Among the three globe-problems-population, resource and environment, the shortage of water resource is the most serious and urgent one. So does China. And water pollution is one of the main reason to it. This article takes Jang'su province as an example, deeply analysis the problems of wastewater treatment and reason to it based on the fact, points out that there are many opportunity and advantage in wastewater treatment in the 21st century, and puts forward the countmeasures to it. |
