| 摘 要： | 劳动保障政策仿真系统采用被称之为"政策实验室"的系统动力学方法,实现对劳动保障政策监测、趋势预测和情景模拟等功能。文章利用这一系统,在不同的参数假定下对我国2010年至2050年的劳动力供给情况进行预测,并从总量、城乡、年龄等角度进行了分析,最后提出了结论和相关政策建议。

| Abstract: | The labor welfare policy emulation system adopts system dynamics method called as ＇policy laborato- ry＇ to achieve functions such as labor welfare policy supervising, trend forecasting and scenario simulation, etc. This paper, by using this system, forecasts the situation of labor force supply from 2010 to 2050 in China under the assump- tion of different parameters, analyzes from the aspects of total amount, city ＆ countryside and ages, and finally brings forward conclusion and relative policy advices. |
