| Abstract: | Unitary development of urban and rural is the inevitable choice directed by the scientific development viewpoint to break binary structure of urban and rural in order to resolve imbalanced development of urban and rural. The core of unitary development of urban and rural is general, harmonious and sustainable development of ecology, economy and society to build a harmonious development society of mankind and nature. And the approach to unitary development of urban and rural is institutional innovation of urban and rural. |
