民航空域成本系统用户满意度模糊评价

摘    要:文章针对民航空域成本系统中所包含的大量不确定和模糊因素,应用层次分析法和模糊决策的基本理论,采用定性和定量相结合的方法,选取具有代表性的系统评价指标,对现行民航空域成本系统进行分析及用户满意度评估,并给出具有理论指导和实际意义的评价结论.

Abstract:In this paper,based on many ambiguous and fuzzy factors in airspace cost system of civil aviation,by applying the analytic hierarchy process and the fuzzy decision theory,a method combined the qualitative analysis and the quantitative analysis is put forward.The important and representative indexes of estimation are introduced,the evaluation result obtained from the assessments of customers'satisfaction degree on the present airspace cost system has provided the theoretical instruction and practical meaning...
