| 摘 要： | 文章针对民航空域成本系统中所包含的大量不确定和模糊因素,应用层次分析法和模糊决策的基本理论,采用定性和定量相结合的方法,选取具有代表性的系统评价指标,对现行民航空域成本系统进行分析及用户满意度评估,并给出具有理论指导和实际意义的评价结论.
