摘    要:我国企业一般培训投入大,培训效益很低,目前学术界和企业界都没有很好的解决办法。已有的培训研究述评只从经济学理论方面进行总结,忽略了我国企业培训实践情况。在考虑我国企业培训实践情况后,从一般培训经济学、一般培训的相关效应、一般培训成本契约理论等方面梳理国内外对一般培训的研究成果,为构建适合我国企业的培训机制指出未来努力方向,提高企业一般培训的回报。

Abstract:This paper makes a review on training in China's enterprises and tries to find an explanation for the current dilemma that Chinese enterprises confronted with general training economic perspective and training interventions and la- bor - contract theory and performance appraisal system. The paper also uses economics of general training, related effect and contract theory to make a research on the general training from home and abroad and construct suitable training mechanism for China's enterprises.
