| 摘 要： | 证券市场的形成和发展，增加了国家资金的聚集，也使整个金融体制更完善，更具竞争性。但是，由于我国开放证券市场的时间不长，缺乏经验，有些配套措施没有跟上，体制也没有完全理顺，证券市场还存在许许多多的问题。文章首先从存在的这些问题出发，进行了深入细致地分析；最后提出了解决这些问题的相应对策。
