| 摘 要： | 从城市土地集约利用的内涵着手,依据城市土地集约利用评价原则,采用多因素进行综合评价,构建出一套评价城市土地集约利用水平的科学实用方法,并用河南省的地级市为对象进行了实证分析.从而得出:城市土地集约利用水平判别是一个相对的概念,它与城市职工收入水平、城市规模呈正相关,同时也受城市性质、和城市职能的影响.

| Abstract: | A proper evaluation of intensive utilization of city land resource is a key to the rational deployment of land resources and also an urgent issue.Based on the evaluation principle of intensive deployment of city land and multi-factor evaluation,this paper establishes a set of scientific and practical methods of evaluating the intensive utilization of city land and conducts a demonstration analysis in cities of Henan Province.The paper concludes that the intensive utilization of city land is a relative concept,which has a positive relationship to the city worker's income and the size of cities and is also influenced by the characters and functions of cities. |
