| 摘 要： | 次贷危机严重影响我国经济，主要波及我国的对外贸易、金融市场以及金融资产价值和海外投资。危机在对我国经济产生负面影响的同时，也带来了难得的机遇，有利于我国实现经济增长方式转变和产业结构升级，有利于发挥消费对经济的拉动作用，有利于改善国际经济环境和提高在国际经济事务中的话语权，同时也为中国金融业的崛起提供了机会。当前的中国经济应化危为机，乘势而上。
