| 摘 要： | 县域经济是国民经济的基层环节,处于安民、富民的第一线.目前三分之二的县和县级市的人均GDP只相当于全国平均值的三分之一或不足三分之一.统筹城乡经济社会发展、构建城乡联动网络,壮大县域经济,是全面建设小康社会的重要环节.

| Abstract: | Town reign economy is the basic tache of national economy, it stands in the first line of people' s living and working in peace and contentment. At present, two thirds of towns and country grade city' s average GDP only equals to one third or less one third amount of national average GDP. Plan city and town economy and society development as a whole, construct city and town interaction net, strengthen town reign' s economy are the important laches for building a middleclass society completely. |
