| 摘 要： | 研究目的:对市级国土资源电子政务建设进行探讨,提出实施方案。研究方法:功能分析法。研究结果:以徐州市为例,在徐州市城乡一体化地籍信息系统运行现状分析的基础上,根据新的功能需求,结合.NET技术、ESRI最新GIS组件产品(ArcGIS Server,ArcSDE),提出了基于GIS的市级国土资源电子政务方案。研究结论:提出的实施方案对基于GIS的市级国土资源电子政务建设是有益的。

| Abstract: | The purpose of this study is to put forward an implementation plan based on the study of E-governance platform construction of land and resources at city level.Method of function analysis was employed.The plan of GIS-based E-governance platform of land and resources at city level was designed combining new requirement of function with NET technology and ESRI package products(ArcGIS Server,ArcSDE) on the basis of analysis of Xuzhou urban-rural integrated cadastral information system.The implementation plan is beneficial to the GIS-based E-governance platform construction of land and resources at city level |
