比较中外学生学习状况对我国高校学风建设的启示

为了提高教学和人才培养质量,营造良好的育人氛围,无论是国内还是国外高校,都十分重视学风建设。但在实际调研过程中发现,国内外高校学生受国家体制、社会影响、个人心理等因素影响,学习状态及动力也各不相同。本文认为,要从客观的角度去看待调研结果,取之精华、去其糟粕,积极开展我国高校思想教育,激励学生成才的主观能动性,使我国高校的学风建设迈向新的高峰。
