| 摘 要： | 当前,房地产开发企业融资面临危机,主要表现为：囤地成本增加使开发商近期资金需求加大,从紧货币政策的实施使开发商资金链面临严峻考验,房地产市场需求低迷使开发商资金回笼受阻。房地产开发企业应科学运用营销策略快速回笼资金,同时坚持多元化融资思路拓展融资渠道,进而走出融资困境。
