| 摘 要： | 随着自然灾害造成的损失日益加重，保险风险证券化作为一种分散风险的途径在国际保险市场上出现并得到迅速发展。从目前中国保险业转移风险，特别是像洪水、地震这样的巨灾的角度来看，从理论上来说，运用保险证券化产品无疑具有很大的优势。本文将讨论保险风险证券化的产生背景和各主要国家的发展状况及监管体制，试图从国际经验出发研究保险风险证券化在我国的发展前景。
