| 摘 要： | 我国海外直接投资的现状是增长迅速，规模不大；投资区域多元化，投资领域多样化；投资主体众多，投资方式主要以合资为主。为进一步推动我国海外直接投资的发展，从企业海外直接投资的动机角度，可以采取学习型、市场导向型和资源寻求型三种海外直接投资战略。
