| 摘 要： | 建设项目竣工环境保护验收方案编写已经成为各级环境监测部门不可缺少的一步,在环保验收中占有重要的地位。结合日常工作,分析了环境保护验收方案编写的基本要求,对各部分应注意的事项进行了阐述。最后,对方案中的待解决问题,提出了讨论。

| Abstract: | Compiling the plan report of the environmental monitoring on completing and checking of constructing project has become an important part in the environmental monitoring departments, it also has an important station in environmental completing and checking. Combining with the practical work, the paper analyses the basic request in compiling the plan report of the environmental protection, and expatiates the different attentions of every part. In the end the article discuss the unsolved problem in the plan. |
