后浇带的设计与施工分析

摘    要:为了实现建筑工程的功能和解决高层主体与低层裙房间的差异沉降、钢筋混凝土的收缩变形以及混凝土的温度应力等问题,后浇带法在建筑工程中被广泛应用。只有在设计和施工过程中都高度重视使用此法,才能使后浇带(缝)满足设计意图,从而起到它应有的作用。文章探讨了后浇带设计和施工应注意的问题,以期为同行更好地控制工程裂缝提供借鉴。

The Design and Construction Analysis of the Late Poured Band

Abstract:The late poured band is widely used in project construction to meet the functional needs and to tackle a number of difficulties such as differential settlement between main structure and podiums, the deformation and thermal stresses of reinforced concrete. So long as we attach great importance to this method in design and construction alike, can it be identical design with desirable effectiveness. With a brief account on notes in the process of its design and construction, the article provides a meaningful relevance with the hope that peers can better control the cracks in the project.
