| 摘 要： | 对我国农民养老保障的研究,理论与实践中存在诸多认识误区,如养老保障的主体性不明确、养老保障类型划分标准不统一、养老保障与社会保障的关系认识模糊、对土地保障功能估计过高,以及农民工社会养老保险的认识偏差等。澄清这些模糊认识,可以更好地推进我国农民养老保障事业的发展。

| Abstract: | There are many misunderstandings on the farmers' retirement security in China,such as the uncertainty of the main body,the different criteria for the classification,the vague ideas on the relationship between farmers' retirement security and social security,overevaluation on the land's function,and deviation views to the social old-age insurance for the migrant workers. Clarifying these wrong or vague views can promote the development of farmers' retirement security in China. |
