| 摘 要： | 高科技外资企业的核心竞争力主要是其技术创新能力,因此越来越多的在华高科技外资企业开始重视整合技术创新与企业文化。旨在建立高科技外资企业技术创新与企业文化整合过程的评价模型和评价方法,并结合亲身经历的案例验证这一模型的有效性。

| Abstract: | The core competitiveness of the Hi-Tech proprietorship is technological innovation ability. So most Hi-Tech proprietorships begin to pay more attention to the combination of technological innovation and enterprises culture. In this article, the author tries to set up the appraisal model of technological innovation and corporate culture combination, and its appraisal method. Finally, by researching the case of personal experience, the author tries to prove the validity of this model. |
