中小企业融资问题思考

中小企业融资这个突出的难题,是经济运行过程中出现的必然,也是我国经济制度环境缺陷的双重后果,而解决我国中小企业融资难必须多管齐下。应当从强化金融市场竞争入手,使商业银行资金逐步转向中小企业;政府和社会各界也应携起手来,建立科学而全面的中小企业政策性金融体系;不断完善以社会诚信体系为核心的法律制度环境,并作为长期的对策。随着我国经济的进一步市场化,为中小企业融资创造一个公平的环境,以进一步推动国民经济的发展。

Meditation on the Financing Problem of Small and Medium Enterprises

The financing problem of small and medium enterprises is very prominent and inevitable in the process of the economic operation.It is also the consequence of the defect in the economic environment and system of our country.In order to solve this problem,many measures must be taken.It should start with strengthening competition in financial market and the capital of commercial banks should gradually turn to small and medium enterprises.The government,together with all circles of the society,should build up a scientific and comprehensive policy-guided financial system.The law system environment,with social credit system as the core,should be continuously perfected as a long-term countermeasure.As the economy of our country further becomes market economy,a fair environment of financing should be created for the small and medium enterprises so as to promote the development of national economy.
