With the development of economic globalization and new industry, the contribution degree in the country and even global economic growth of enterprise's technological innovation improves day by day. In order to meet the need of such new developing state , and then offer the system guarantee and technological foundation for improving the technological innovation ability of enterprises of our country, it is necessary to evaluate the factor that exerts an influence on the high technological innovation course, in order that we can confirm the size of the influence function of every factor.The text adopts the Analytical Hierarchy Process(AHP) to evaluate several key elements that promote the success of the high technological innovation, in order to optimize the choice of the high technological innovation strategy.
