| 摘 要： | 随着国民经济和社会发展第十一个五年规划的全面展开,我国已经进入了全面建设小康社会的关键时期,构筑社会主义和谐社会,促进区域协调发展,振兴东北老工业基地不仅仅是一个重大的经济问题同时也是一个政治问题。东北地区有其独特的地理优势,拥有很长的边境线,为发展边贸提供了得天独厚的地理条件,在振兴东北老工业基地方面起着重要的作用,同时东北老工业基地的振兴,也为边贸发展提供了更大的平台。

| Abstract: | Along with the 11th five-year plan,national economy and social development our country has already entered the crucial time,constructing the socialism harmonious society,promoting the development of regions,and revivifying northeast old industrial bases is not only a significant economic problem but also a political issue.It has provided the advantageous geographic condition for the development of border trade,and plays a very important role to revivify northeast old industrial bases.At the same time the revivification of northeast old industrial bases well-off society comprehensively has provided a bigger platform for the development of frontier trade. |
