| 摘 要： | 随着我国资本与金融项目的开放，货币替代与资本外逃、外部冲击导致的通货膨胀、宏观调控能力减弱、汇率波动、货币危机与银行危机交叉感染等风险也将随之增加，文章在详细阐述了以上各种风险的基础上，提出了具体防范措施。

| Abstract: | With the increasing opening of capital and financial accounts in China, risks are simultaneously increased, such as money substitution and capital flight, monetary inflation caused by external impact, weakening of macroscopic adjustment, exchange rate fluctuation, mutual infection of monetary crisis and bank crisis. Based on the detail elaborating of these risks, this study proposes some measures against these risks. |
