| 摘 要： | 通过对昆明市商业中心空间功能结构、形态结构、层次结构和区位结构四方面空间结构特征及其问题的分析,结合城市空间结构理论和商业布局理论,研究了昆明市商业中心空间布局的理论模式及其布局指向,提出了昆明市商业中心空间布局的四大原则,并围绕新昆明建设,通过定性和定量分析探讨研究了昆明市中央商务区、二级商务中心和小区级商业中心的空间布局及其优化措施。

| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of space function,form,hierarchy and location of business center in Kunming,and relevant urban space and business layout theories,the paper discussed the space layout pattern and direction,presented four principles of business center layout.Emplo- ying qualitative and quantitative analysis,the paper provided insights in the space layout and opti- mization for different level business center in Kunming. |
