摘    要:荣辱观不仅支配和影响着高校教师的行为方式和价值取向,而且影响着其学术责任的完成。目前高校存在的学术责任淡漠现象阻碍了学术的健康发展,影响了学生的健康成长和社会道德风尚的提高。部分高校教师错乱的荣辱观是导致其学术责任感淡漠的重要原因。因此,广大高校教师自觉树立社会荣辱观,是其确立学术价值观、增强学术责任感的前提和要求。

Abstract:Honor or disgrace value not only controls university teacher's behavior and the choice of value,but also affects the teacher's learning responsibility.Now,the indifference of learning responsibility not only harms to academic health development,but has affects the student's healthy growing up and the entire society morality's rising.The important cause that leads to the indifferent of learning responsibility is the universities teacher's confused values of honor or disgrace.So,if the universities teacher want to set up the right learning values and strengthen the learning sense of responsibility,they must set up socialism honor or disgrace conscientiously first.
