Reflections on the Problem of Highlighting the National Consumption Rate

With the arrival of new round economic growth cycle, the consuming rate sliding continuously arouses extensive concern of the relationship between consumption and investment. The theory circle has different opinion of this phenomenon. This article illustrates the reckoned environment of economic operation and the stage factor of economic development when researching our national proportionate relationship of consumption and investment,renders the strong support to the rationality of higher rate of investment in our country in terms of multinational secular trend,additionally, provides rational block of consumption rate and investment rate on the stage in our country from two respects of economical operation practice and demonstration model,and finally puts forward the policy and proposal to realize how to highlight the national consumption rate and harmonize the proportionate relationship of consumption and investment.
