| 摘 要： | 面对我国人才资源流失的现状，应重点分析吸引人才回流的成因。而经济因素、科技因素、教育因素和政府政策则是吸引人才回流的关键因素。应当结合国情及借鉴韩国及我国台湾地区人才回流的基本经验。采取吸引我国人才回流的有效措施。
