摘    要:企业竞争行为分析是企业竞争情报研究的核心内容。本文以电脑企业为例,通过聚类分析方法得到国内外19个主要品牌企业的竞争行为关系矩阵,并通过社会网络分析方法对其进行了研究,最终得到了企业在市场竞争中所处的位置及与竞争对手的相互影响程度,为企业的制定竞争策略提供一种新思路。

Enterprise competition behavior research based on society network analysis——take computer enterprise as example
Abstract:Enterprises Competitive Behavior analy- sis is an important factor of competitive intelli- gence. This paper put the computer market as an exam- ple, 19 major brands of domestic are classified based on clustering analysis method, obtain competitive be- havior relationship matrix, and do study through the center analysis of social networks analysis. Finally got the location and extent of interaction with com- petitors of science and technology enterprises in mar- ket competition, in order to provide a new idea for the science and technology enterprises competitive strate- gy making.
