| 摘 要： | 开发利用新能源成为我国能源战略的重要组成部分,近年来新能源企业迎来了一轮快速增长。但也出现了过度投资、产能过剩的现象。本文对新能源企业2009年到2012年的财务绩效和风险进行了分析,探讨了新能源企业的财务风险及存在的问题,并提出相关建议。

| Abstract: | The development and utilization of new energy sources has become an important part of our energy strategy, energy enterprises have witnessed rapid growth in recent years. However, in new energy industry, there are still some problems, such as over-investment and excess capacity. This paper tries to analyze financial performance and risk of new energy enterprises from 2009 to 2012, to discuss the financial risks and problems of the new energy enterprises, and finally to put forward related suggestions. |
