| 摘 要： | 自1995年以来,中国产品已经连续14年成为全球反倾销调查的头号对象,近3年来全球超过1/3的反倾销调查针对中国产品。本文首先研究了目前中国遭遇国外反倾销调查的现状,接着阐述了国外对我国进行反倾销调查的原因,最后提出我国的对策。

| Abstract: | With the rapid development of Chinese economy,China’s enterprises have rapidly established major footholds in most major export markets. At the same time, Chinese exporters became the number one target of trade remedy measures taken by other governments around the world. Based on WTO official statistics, from January 1995 to December 2008, Chinese exporters have been subjected to a total of 677 anti-dumping investigations initiated by 29 countries and regional groupings. This paper first makes an analysis on the status and reasons of foreign countries’ antidumping on Chinese products and at last puts forward some countermeasures. |
