| 摘 要： | 进入本世纪，房地产业发展迅速，大城市房地产市场发展日趋成熟完善的同时。出现了价格过快上涨、市场过热的现象，县域房地产市场的发展面临着诸多机遇。从市场需求、供给以及整体因素三方面分析了县域房地产市场发展的驱动因素，并提出了促进县域房地产市场健康发展的政策建议。
