溪洛渡水电站右岸泄洪洞进水塔基础灌浆施工

摘    要:溪洛渡水电站右岸泄洪洞进水塔基础岩体为弱风化、弱卸荷的玄武岩,局部为强卸荷岩体,完整性及均一性相对较差。为保证进水塔塔基的稳定性,需要对塔基进行固结灌浆。固结灌浆工艺为钻孔、洗孔、压水、灌浆、封孔,灌浆采用孔口封闭、孔底循环灌浆法。经灌浆处理后,岩体承载力大大提高,灌浆效果显著,灌浆质量良好,保证了进水塔塔体的整体稳定性。

Abstract:The intake tower foundation of discharge tunnel in right bank of Xiluodu Hydropower Station is built in weakly weathered and unloading basalt zone with local strongly unloading rock mass and worse integrity and homogeneity.The consolidation grouting is carried out for the intake tower foundation to ensure its stability.The grouting technologies involves hole-drilling,hole-washing,water pressure test,grouting and hole-sealing.We adopt the methods of orifice-closed grouting and hole-bottom circulation groutin...
