基于DEA的中国能源产业生产效率及生产率变动分析

本文基于DEA,对1997—2007年间我国29个主要能源生产省份的能源生产效率及生产率变动进行了实证分析。结果表明,我国能源产业生产效率的地区差异显著、平均水平较低,相对来说常规能源的生产效率发挥比较充分;总体看来,生产率增长主要是技术进步的结果,规模效率的贡献较少;大多数省份的生产率水平有一定程度的提高,但引起各地变化的原因却不尽相同。

Analysis on Production Eff iciency of Energy Industry and Changes of Its Productivity in China Based on DEA

Based on DEA,this paper empirically analyzes the energy production efficiency and the changes of productivity of 29 provinces and cities in China from 1997 to 2007. The empirical results show that：the differences in efficiency of energy industry among different provinces and cities are obivous,and the average level of productive efficiency is low,and the productive efficiency of traditional energy is more efficient than that of burgeoning energy;the growth of energy productivity is mainly due to technical progress,whereas the scale efficiency contributes less to productivity growth; the productivity level in most provinces are improved in a certain degree, but the reasons for the change are different.
