| 摘 要： | 结合当前我国信息工程建设中监理所面临的困境,建立了一套适合我国电子政务信息工程建设的监理模式。该模式以提高业主的认识为切入点,再根据工程每个阶段的特点进行监理,整个过程采取“四控三管一协调”的监理方式。在我国的信息化建设中具有一定的参考价值和指导作用。

| Abstract: | Combining the supervision predicament in our country's information engineering construction at present,established a set of supervision mode to suit the construction of our country's E-Government information engineering. This mode regards improving the owner's understanding as the breakthrough point,again acts according to the characteristic of each project's stage to carry on overseeing, the whole process take supervision way of "Four controls three managements a coordination",It has certain reference value and guidance function in our country's information construction. |
