摘    要:顾客是企业利润的源泉,然而,当前有很多企业出现了不同程度的顾客流失情况。文章通过对现代社会顾客流失的原因及对策进行分析讨论,探求解决此问题的有效途径,以促进我国经济建设的良好发展。

Some Thoughts on the Reasons of Customer Loss and Its Countermeasures

Abstract:Customer is the source of profits for enterprises. However, many enterprises have been caught in the customer loss to a certain degree at present. The article searches the effective ways to solve problems from this situation in order to promote the healthy development in China' s economic undertaking, based on the analysis of the reasons behind it and related countermeasures.
