| 摘 要： | 目前制约大学生创新能力提高的因素包括创造性人才培养机制的缺乏、教育评价体系不合理等。只有革新人才培养理念、创建科学的人才培养机制,加强有针对性的实践教学才能从根本上解决问题。本文从以上几点出发,探讨了培养大学生创新能力的方法和机制。

| Abstract: | At present,factors to restrict improvement of students＇ innovation ability include the lack of creative talents cultivation mechanism,education evaluation system is not reasonable,etc.It can radically solve the problem only to reform talent training ideas,create scientific talent cultivation mechanism,strengthen practical teaching with targets.From the above,this paper discusses the methods and mechanisms of cultivating students＇ innovative ability. |
