| 摘 要： | 企业战略联盟是企业扩张的一种有效的途径,战略联盟本质是企业问的协作关系.要避免联盟在组建过程中的成功率低、寿命短的问题,需要正确评价和选择联盟的协合作伙伴.文章认为在选择合作伙伴时要考虑战略目标、资源、组织文化和总体实力的匹配性,并提以AHP法为基础,提出了选择合作伙伴的方法.
