| 摘 要： | 农民增收、农业增强、农村经济全面发展是解决“三农”的三个关键问题。农业增强、农民增收是农村经济全面发展的基础;农业增强是农民增收的最有效的途径。但农民收入来自于农业收入的比重受价格等因素的影响呈下滑的趋势,需要我们进行认真的思考。

| Abstract: | The increase of peasants' income, the improvement of agriculture and the whole development of rural economy are the three key problems of solving "Three Nongs". The increase of peasants' income and the improvement of agriculture are the basis of the whole development of rural economy. The improvement of agriculture is the best way of increasing peasants' income. But the portion taken by peasants' income in agricultural income has dropped because of prices. This needs our careful thought. |
