| 摘 要： | 利息本身是在奴隶社会和封建社会长期存在的,其资本性质属于高利贷资本。当利息率出现,表明中国银行业已经进入资本主义时代,其资本成为借贷资本。利息率是由工商业剩余价值所调节的,市场利息率则是由市场供求关系调节的。
