| 摘 要： | 本文以广东专业镇产业集群为背景，建立专业镇集群中n个参与企业达到自主技术创新投资的均衡概率模型，证明了其概率的非线性特征，并从研究中小企业自主技术创新的投资行为选择所涉及的理论因素来分析均衡实现的路径，进而给出相关政策建议。

| Abstract: | This paper, taking industrial colonies of some professional towns in Guangdong province as the basis, establishes the model of equilibrium probability with the involved n enterprises achieving the aim of investment on independent technological innovation, which also proves the non-linear characteristics of the probabilities. Simultaneously, this paper, by studying the related theories of the choice of invesmaent in independent technology innovation for SMEs, illustrates the approach to attain equilibrium and puts forwards relevant policy recommendations. |
