中西部地区人才环境评价指标体系研究

摘    要:人才环境评价是一个复杂的多指标评价体系。基于对以往人才环境指标体系研究存在问题的回顾、中西部人才环境评价指标体系的构建体系应从具备的功能、建立人才环境评价指标体系的难点、指标选择的指导思想及方法步骤等几个方面进行探讨。

Abstract:Talent environmental evaluation is a multiple evaluation index system. Based on reviewing of previous talent environmental index system research problems, the Midwest talent environment evaluation index system should be discussed from the function of the e- valuation index system, the difficulties, guiding ideology and steps of the evaluation index system.
