| 摘 要： | 目前物流专业毕业生专业能力的不足对高校现有的培养模式提出了挑战。本文分析了现代物流管理人才应具备的核心专业能力,财经类高校物流管理人才应具备的知识结构及专业课程设置,探讨了财经类高校物流管理人才培养模式的创新途径。
