| 摘 要： | 在社会主义市场经济条件下，租赁合同有着越来越重要的地位，然而由于在合同签订过程中存在的一些问题，导致出现了大量的合同纠纷，干扰了正常的生产经营。为此，我们应采取相应的措施来加以预防。
