| 摘 要： | 随着全社会环保意识的不断增强,传统的物业管理已无法满足新形势下社会发展的新需求,绿色物业管理理念随之诞生。文章在调查了相关背景资料后,就绿色物业的内涵进行了分析,并论述了绿色物业管理的基本要求与具体实施措施。

| Abstract: | Along with the constantly strength of the environmental awareness in the whole society,traditional property management has been unable to meet the new need of the society in new situation,and green property management concept bas born.After investigating relevant background information,this paper analyzes the connotation of the green property,and discusses the basic requirements and the specific implementation measures of green property management. |
