| Abstract: | Medium-mini Enterprises are facing monopoly for technology in the fierce marketing competition.So there will be great significance to seek a proper policy about technology-acquisition for the self-development of the enterprises.Based on detailed analyse of four types of policy arrangement about tech-acquisition and industry organization theory.The article reaches some important conclusion and provides some useful advice for the policy-making. |
