集团化企业绩效管理制度设计探究

摘    要:随着中国市场经济体制改革,集团化企业迎来了新的发展机遇,为了保证中国经济的健康持续发展,就需要集团化企业具有良好的市场表现,这一发展目标离不开绩效管理制度的设计。本文对集团化企业绩效管理制度设计进行了探究,绩效管理工作的开展要围绕企业经营管理目标和企业发展任务,针对企业管理工作中的重难点,制定出可操作性较高的绩效管理考核机制,让绩效管理工作在企业内部形成广泛共识,结合企业发展现状改进和优化现有的企业绩效管理制度。

Abstract:With the reform of China's market economy system,group enterprises have ushered in new development opportunities.In order to ensure the healthy and sustainable development of China's economy,it is necessary for group enterprises to have good market performance.This development goal is inseparable from the design of the performance management system.This article explores the design of the performance management system of the group enterprise.Performance management should be carried out around the business management objectives and development tasks of the enterprise.Aiming at the important and diffi cult points in corporate management,we have formulated a highly operable performance management assessment mechanism,so that it can form a broad consensus within the enterprise,and improve and optimize the existing corporate performance management system based on the status quo of corporate development.
