后疫情时代高校毕业生就业意愿的变化分析及对策研究

自新冠肺炎疫情爆发以来,在全国各级政府采取积极防疫措施的背景下,疫情的严峻形势得到缓解、经济发展逐渐复苏,防疫工作也进入了后疫情时代,但整体经济发展动力仍显不足。此外,2020年高校毕业生数量为874万,达到历史峰值,这无形中对高校毕业生就业工作的开展与进行增加了难度,就业形势面临严峻挑战。本文通过对合肥市高校毕业生在后疫情时代的就业意愿与求职行为变化进行调查,以及对企业人资部门的招聘效果和质量进行分析和走访,再对合肥市人力资源社会保障部门进行访谈,详细了解主管部门相关政策的实际落地情况,从而针对突发性公共卫生事件背景下的毕业生就业问题提出对策建议。

Analysis and Countermeasures of Changes in Employment Willingness of College Graduates in Post-epidemic Era

Since the outbreak of the COVID-19 epidemic,governments at all levels across the country have adopted active epidemic prevention measures.The severe situation of the epidemic has gradually eased,economic development has gradually recovered,and epidemic prevention has also entered a post-epidemic era.However,the overall economic development momentum is still insuffi cient.In addition,the number of college graduates in 2020 is 8.74 million,reaching a historical peak,which virtually increases the diffi culty of the employment of college graduates.The employment situation is facing severe challenges.This paper investigates the employment intention and job-seeking behavior of college graduates in Hefei in the post epidemic era,analyzes and visits the recruitment effect and quality of Human Resources Department of enterprises,and interviews the staff of human resources and Social Security Department of Hefei,so as to get a detailed understanding of the actual implementation of relevant policies of competent departments.Through the above investigation and research,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions on the employment of graduates under the background of public health emergencies.
