基于AHP的女企业家KAPE评价指标体系研究

摘    要:随着女性在企业高管比例的增加,女企业家独有的素质能力问题再次成为讨论热点。本文把企业家理论和层次分析法相结合,通过知识、能力、心理和道德四个维度(即KAPE),针对女企业家建立了素质评价体系。实证分析的结论:道德指标在女企业家的素质指标中居于首位,德才兼备始终是企业家理想的素质结构。其次,女企业家还应具有较强的个人魅力,善于平衡和处理各种关系。同时,也需良好的权衡、分析和处理问题能力,以均衡应付来自企业、社会和家庭等方面的巨大压力。

Abstract:With the increase of the ratio of female executives,the unique quality of women entrepreneurs problem become heat topic again.This article unifies the entrepreneur theory and Analytic hierarchy process to set up an evaluation index system of women entrepreneurs through knowledge,ability,psychological,ethics index(KAPE).The conclusion of empirical analyze tell us that ethics indicators resides in the first place among the evaluation system,and "both ability and integrity" is the ideal quality structure of entrepreneur.Second,women entrepreneur should have a strong being attractive,good balance and handle each kind of relational.At the same time,it requests them to have strong balance,analytical and problem-solving ability to deal with stress and pressure of company,society and at home.
