不同年龄人口健康对农户收入影响的差异性分析——基于中部两个贫困县的调查

区分农村不同年龄人口健康状况对家庭收入影响的差异性,有助于为反贫困政策提供更具针对性的建议。通过湖北红安和孝昌两个贫困县的实地调查,采用OLS和分位数回归方法,研究不同年龄人口不同健康指标对家庭收入的影响。研究发现:未成年人健康状况对家庭收入的影响最大,劳动力健康状况对家庭收入的影响次之,老年人健康状况对家庭收入的影响最小;活动能力是影响家庭收入的主要因素,对高收入家庭具有关键性作用;大病对中低收入家庭的收入影响显著,对高收入家庭的收入影响不显著。最后针对不同年龄人口,提出差异化的帮扶措施。

Differential Analysis on the Impact of Different Age Population Health on Farmer Income:Based on a Survey of Two Poverty-stricken Counties in Central China

It helps to provide targeted suggestions for anti-poverty policies to distinguish the impact of the health condition of rural population at different ages on the household income.Based on field survey in two poverty-stricken counties of Hong’an and Xiaochang in Hubei Province,the impact of different health indicators of different age groups on family income has been studied by OLS and quantile regression.The results show that the health status of minors has the greatest impact on family income,the health status of the middle-aged has the second largest impact on family income,and the health status of the elderly has the least impact on family income.Mobility is the main factor affecting family income and plays a key role in high-income families.Serious illness has a significant impact on the income of low-and middle-income families,but it has no significant effect on the income of high-income families.Finally,different assistance measures are proposed for different age groups.
