林业社会化服务、林地规模与林农经营模式--以浙江、福建、江西678户林农为例

随着集体林业产权制度改革的深入,全国各地出现了多种不同的新型林地经营模式,林农作为林业经营的主体,探索林农林地经营模式选择行为的影响机理,对深化集体林业产权制度改革成果具有重要意义。文章采用浙江、福建、江西3省(区)678户林农的调研数据,剖析林农林地经营模式的选择逻辑和行为特征,利用多元Logistic模型分析林业社会化服务、林地规模对林农林地经营模式选择行为的影响。研究发现,林地面积越大的林农更不会选择合作经营和流转经营,地块数量越多的林农更趋向于选择流转经营;林业社会化服务、林地规模对不同文化程度水平林农以及不同林地经营模式的影响具有差异性。由此对林农林地经营模式的效率提高和发展方向提出了政策建议。

Forestry Socialization Service,Forestland Scale and Management Model of Forest Farmers:Take 678 Forest Farmers in Zhejiang,Fujian and Jiangxi as Examples

With the deepening of the reform of the collective forestry property rights system,a variety of new types of forestland management models have emerged across the country.Forest farmers,as the main body of forestry management,start to explore the influence mechanism of selection behaviors of forestland management model,which have strengthened the collective forestry property rights system.The paper uses the survey data of 678 forest farmers in three provinces(regions)in Zhejiang,Fujian and Jiangxi to analyze the selection logic and behavior characteristics of the selection of forestland management models,and uses multivariate Logistic model to analyze the influence of forestry socialization services and forestland scale on the selection of forestland management models.The result shows that the forest farmers with larger scale of forestland areas are less likely to choose cooperative management or circulation management,while forest farmers with more plots tend to choose circulation management.Forestry socialization services and forestland scale have a significant impact on the forest farmers with different education levels and forestland management models.Based on this,this paper proposes policy suggestions for the efficiency improvement and development direction of forestry management model.
