摘    要:物流人才是制约物流行业发展的主要因素,如何有效地解决物流人才供需不对称性问题,是物流行业中亟待解决的战略问题。文章通过分析我国物流人才市场供需现状,指出了物流人才的需求特征,并探析了解决对策,以此来实现物流人才供需的对称。

Abstract:Talents in logistics are the key to the developments of it so that it is a strategic issue to deal with the asymmetry of the supply-demand for talents.An overall review of the supply-demand has been made in this paper firstly,which characterizes the demand for talents in logistics.Then the solutions are discussed to achieve the symmetry of the supply-demand for talents in the end.
